It pretends to be a documentary film built as a dialogue between a psychiatrist and his visitor - a lawyer trying to defend her friend in a court after he has killed five people. She's narrating his story since childhood until the eventual crime and the doctor comments how events in the past have made this man an impotent voyeur and subsequently a killer.
Quality of video is good. Actresses are young and pretty, there is a nice streaptease dance scene but in general the movie is somewhat boring and I had to yawn several times and to check how much time is left till the end. Especially during overextended hippy fragment.
Interesting info from IMDB:

The movie was pulled from theaters after its original short run, it never got a VHS release and it never aired on German TV. It finally became available for viewing again with a BluRay release.
